Luxury Sales Coordinator

Advent Talent Group is seeking a Luxury Sales Coordinator to support a luxury‑focused fragrance company in Minneapolis, MN. This role serves as the operational backbone of the Luxury Sales organization, ensuring smooth execution, accurate reporting, and clear cross‑functional communication across multiple sales channels. With a proactive, detail‑driven approach, the Luxury Sales Coordinator enables sales leadership to stay focused on growth and strategic priorities.

Overview:
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Pay: $28–$32/hour
Employment Type: Contract position with the potential to be hired full time

Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Execution

  • Serve as the central coordination hub for all Luxury Sales channels (Independent, Chain/Key Accounts, International)
  • Execute and maintain operational workflows including order coordination, product grid updates, order forms, and sales tools
  • Maintain accurate tracking of key sales metrics, programs, and operational files
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-through across internal teams and external partners
  • Support new item setup and ongoing sales operations processes

Sales Reporting & Data Management

  • Coordinate and distribute weekly, monthly, and program-specific sales reports
  • Maintain tracking and reporting for key sales initiatives and programs
  • Ensure data integrity across reporting systems, trackers, and dashboards
  • Support sales leadership with reporting and analysis to inform operational decisions

Cross-Channel Coordination

  • Provide day-to-day support to Independent, Chain/Key Accounts, and International sales teams
  • Coordinate communication to field teams, rep groups, and account partners
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of sales reps and territory transitions
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and internal cross-functional teams

Program & Launch Execution

  • Support coordination and execution of product launches and sales programs
  • Maintain program documentation, tracking, and execution accuracy
  • Ensure field readiness through tools, communications, and operational coordination

Administrative & Execution Support

  • Maintain operational files, trackers, and documentation
  • Support sample and sales material coordination as needed
  • Provide execution support for sales leadership and cross-functional initiatives
  • Maintain high responsiveness and real-time communication during business hours


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or sales operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong skills in sales coordination, reporting, data accuracy, and cross-functional execution
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and partnering with senior leadership and high‑level executives, including discretion, professionalism, and executive‑ready communication
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working across ERP, CRM, order management, and reporting systems

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting Amazon or other major eCommerce marketplaces, including sales coordination, reporting, or operational support
  • Support of multiple sales channels (Independent, Chain/Key Accounts, International, and eCommerce)
  • Experience in home fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle product categories
