Job Description

Are you experienced in Adobe Workfront with a strong background in project coordinating? Advent Creative is seeking a contract, part-time Workfront Coordinator for a local software company based in Shakopee, MN! Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting project management team on marketing and creative projects, managing overflow and supporting existing projects.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership teams, overseeing process improvement and coordinating marketing projects from opening to closure.
  • Assisting in project intake and prioritization; opening and closing of Workfront tickets.
  • Supporting team engagement for projects across the marketing department.
  • Ensuring projects are free of errors, including minimal editing and proofreading.
  • Managing administrative support duties in Workfront.
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Experience of Adobe Workfront preferred.
  • Experience in other project management tools; Asana, Jira.
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible with the ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Background in B2B corporations preferred.
