About the Job
Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Responding to inquiries and assisting in troubleshooting and resolving challenges from internal team members and contractors involving laptop or network services, standard operating procedures, password resets, connectivity, software, and hardware issues
  • Providing backup and additional support for customer service calls and emails
  • Managing Office365 issues and deploying to end users via our desktop manage client
  • Recommending process improvement opportunities for troubleshooting and developing and maintaining FAQ resource guides
  • Responding to external customers inquiries and resolving technical issues with high prioritization consideration
  • Supporting quarterly board meetings and attending in-person meetings to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for collaboration platforms
  • Troubleshooting website questions including, but not limited to, login registration, processing payments, access control, and forms assistance
  • Assisting customers with general navigation assistance on our website and securely adding users and policies to an account equipment maintenance

About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate within a tea
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, Office365 suite, and Windows 10 KEY RE
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication style
  • Problem-solving skills with technical curiosity and the ability to think proactively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Highly organized with the ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
