Job Description

Advent Talent Group is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment for a client in Minneapolis. This strategic role demands collaborative partnership with management to attract, engage, and recruit exceptional talent across various front-office positions. The ideal candidate will execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, support franchisee talent acquisition, champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, and represent the organization's recruitment brand at industry events.

Overview:
Contract
$36.00 per hour
Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN
Full-time | Monday – Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for front-office roles across Americas region, collaborating with hiring managers to source, screen, and place top talent
  • Support industry event engagement, driving recruitment awareness and building relationships with educational institutions
  • Provide training and system management support for franchisee recruitment programs
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or associates degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years progressive recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in recruiting technologies (MS Office, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Strong ability to recruit across diverse positions and adapt to changing resource needs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and delivering inclusive hiring experiences
