Job Description
As the Senior Boutique Store Manager, you'll spearhead various aspects of operations, nurturing brand connection and customer loyalty to advance store goals. Your key duties encompass maintaining brand consistency, overseeing the store team, nurturing customer relations, and ensuring adherence to company protocols. This crucial position directly reports to the North American Country Manager.
Overview:
- Full-time | Direct Hire Position.
- Onsite | St. Louis Park, MN | Tuesday-Sunday, 11:30am-6:30pm.
- Compensation: $70,000 plus (Depending on experience).
- Excellent work environment with a monthly clothing allowance and chance to travel to Sweden for training!
Responsibilities include:
- Cultivate a consistent client experience, emphasizing high-quality data collection and brand communication through active presence on the sales floor.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by equipping associates with comprehensive brand knowledge and product insights.
- Address employee issues promptly and effectively, in collaboration with HR as needed.
- Maintain payroll integrity and manage store expenses within financial targets.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Store Manager, retail preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service, with a deep understanding of managing retail operations.
- Proficient knowledge with POS Software.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
