Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing ownership of assigned business unit/brand which will include marketing plan strategy development, recommendations, and execution
  • Ensuring are carried out within agreed timing, schedules, and budgets to the level expected by both the agency and client
  • Providing direction for creative, digital, and media strategies
  • Building and fostering relationships at the appropriate client level
  • Managing vendor and partner agency relationships
  • Exceeding and managing client relationships
  • Visiting and participating in events as necessary
  • Monitoring and managing client billing and agency profitability on assigned business

Qualifications include:
  • 4+ years of agency experience; must have a thorough understanding of typical agency processes
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, and ability to effectively communicate in a virtual environment
  • Experience in food marketing is a plus
    Ability to use analytical thinking to review creative work
  • Experience with closely working with cross-functional teams
    Ability to proactively lead assigned client business
  • Expertise and understanding in digital tactics (paid digital, website, email, and social)
  • B2B experience a plus
