Job Description

As the Scanning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient digitization of case sensitive documents, maintaining accuracy and organization throughout the process.

Overview & Perks:
  • On-site | Eden Prairie, MN
  • Contract-to-hire | Compensation: $18-$20/hour, DOE.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00AM-4:30PM (hours vary depending on workload)
Responsibilities include:
  • Operate large scanners with feeders to scan various documents efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, tapes, clips, and other obstructions.
  • Index scanned documents with high attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize scanning tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in data entry and scanning.
  • Meticulous with strong adherence to instructions.
  • Capable of managing and organizing large document volumes.
  • Skilled with scanning equipment, computer applications, and Microsoft Office.
