About the Job
The Sales Administrative Assistant supports the Outside Sales Team with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, answering phones and data entry. This is a well-defined role with processes already in place for you to follow. Duties include:
- Confirming and scheduling appointments
- Calendar and conference coordination
- Developing proposals using existing templates
- Database maintenance, such as running reports and data entry
- Answering phones
- Market research
Qualifications for this job include:
- Customer service and/or administrative experience
- Great communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to follow processes in place
