Job Description

As a Receptionist, this role involves delivering top-notch administrative support and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Key duties include managing calls, offering helpful assistance, directing inquiries, and ensuring positive guest experiences. Strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and multitasking abilities are crucial for this 3-month contract in Brooklyn Center, paying $25-$27/hr.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Embody the brand's values by creating a friendly ambiance that fosters a positive experience for all guests from arrival through engaging interactions and attentive service.
  • Professionally manage incoming calls, actively listening to inquiries, and efficiently routing calls for seamless customer service.
  • Efficiently manage schedules, meticulously coordinating appointments and meetings to optimize time management and streamline operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of mail and packages by effectively organizing, prioritizing, and routing deliveries while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Undertake additional office duties as needed to support team efficiency including organizing office spaces, office management and supplies.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of versatile experience encompassing reception, front desk, office support, and administrative assistance duties.
  • Ability to be the first point of contact, embodying company brand and creating a friendly ambiance for all guests, fostering a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations by executing administrative tasks seamlessly, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the business.
  • Demonstrated adaptability by willingly tackling additional office responsibilities, including upkeep of office environments and oversight of supplies, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee incoming calls proficiently, offering courteous assistance and directing inquiries promptly and accurately to the appropriate departments or individuals.
