Responsibilities Include:
  • Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and inviting demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications, memos, and announcements.
Qualifications include:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with office operations and receptionist duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
