About the job
As the receptionist, you will support our client' s team by performing general receptionist duties such as customer service and light filing. Hours will be full-time, Monday-Friday, and may include travel to other locations in Minnesota. Additional duties will include:
  • Maintaining a neat and professional front desk and providing a positive and professional first impression to clients
  • Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Sending and receiving faxes as needed, and assisting in mail sorting and distribution
  • Assisting with the coordination of meeting rooms and maintaining meeting supplies and refreshments
  • Maintaining office and break room supplies, and purchase as needed
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, arranging meetings and setting up conference rooms
  • Preparing and reviewing corporate and project documents
  • Monitoring the administrative ticketing process
  • Other duties as assigned
About you

  • 3+ years receptionist experience 
  • High school diploma
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly communication style
  • Can forge relationships and work effectively with teams at all levels within the company
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Can lift up to 45 pounds
  • InDesign, PowerPoint and Deltek Vision skills are a plus

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
