Advent Office is looking for a Receptionist for our client in Edina. This is a part-time contract to hire opportunity. If you have previous admin and customer service experience this could be an excellent role for you!   Them: They provide backup power in the event of a power outage for four states in the US. With increasing technology and need for uninterrupted power is becoming more and more important. They are an employee-owned company that works hard to cultivate a positive work culture. They even have a team that plans company outings like Twins Games!   What You’ ll Do: The front desk is your domain. You’ ll be responsible for answering all incoming calls, welcoming and assisting visitors in the office, and keeping the office stocked with supplies. Additionally, you’ ll manage the company email inbox and do light data entry as needed. This role is perfect for someone who loves admin work.   What We’ re Looking For: You are an administrative professional that can juggle multiple tasks at once. You have at least one year of admin experience, know how to provide top-notch customer service and are skilled in Microsoft Office.
