Job Description

Advent Talent Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for a 3–4-month temporary project role focused on managing accreditation processes within a regulated environment. This role is essential in supporting program compliance by overseeing accreditation cycles, refining policies, and ensuring timely execution of project plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in accreditation, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance, preferably in healthcare or similarly regulated sectors. The position requires onsite presence once a week and close collaboration with internal leadership and project stakeholders.

Overview:
Contract Opportunity – Hybrid Role
Contract Duration: 3–4 months
Compensation: $42.00–$50.00/hr.
Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of accreditation and contractual obligations, ensuring all requirements are met on time.
  • Develop and maintain timelines, workplans, and milestones for professional accreditation processes.
  • Facilitate the review and refinement of program policies and protocols to ensure consistency with accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and partners to align initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Execute detailed project plans and staff protocols to support successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing accreditation or compliance processes in a regulated environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and track timelines and deliverables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for policy development and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, social services, or other highly regulated sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
