Job Description
Overview:
Contract Opportunity – Hybrid Role
Contract Duration: 3–4 months
Compensation: $42.00–$50.00/hr.
Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of accreditation and contractual obligations, ensuring all requirements are met on time.
- Develop and maintain timelines, workplans, and milestones for professional accreditation processes.
- Facilitate the review and refinement of program policies and protocols to ensure consistency with accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with leadership teams and partners to align initiatives and ensure smooth implementation.
- Execute detailed project plans and staff protocols to support successful delivery of initiatives.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing accreditation or compliance processes in a regulated environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and track timelines and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for policy development and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare, social services, or other highly regulated sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
