About the Job
The Production Designer is responsible for working with the creative team to create assets across all channels, including direct mail, app, web, display and social. Reporting to the creative studio manager, this role is part of a smaller team with lots of collaboration and quick turnaround. This is a mid-level contract role. Duties include:
  • Create assets across all channels and digital touchpoints
  • Bring the brand to life, partnering with copywriters and supporting the creative team
  • Ensure timely completion of quality designs and projects
  • Prepare assets for production and resolve issues that arise
  • Organize and maintain files
  • Manage tasks and functions using project management tools

About You
This role is ideal for highly organized individuals with great multi-tasking abilities and a clear communication style. In addition to the qualifications below, if you are self-motivated with the ability to adapt to new tools and practices and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply!  Requirements for this role include:
  • 3+ years of design experience in print and digital, in an internal agency setting preferred
  • Mobile design and production studio experience preferred
  • Bachelor' s degree in Design, Advertising or Fine Arts, or equivalent experience
  • Portfolio, including print work and digital manipulation or photo composite (before and after)
  • A strong design aesthetic with great type and layout skills
  • Expert skills in Adobe Creative, Sketch and InVision
  • Skilled multitasker and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity
  • Experience in an internal agency
  • Web development abilities a plus
