About the Job
The Operations and Accounting Specialist manages general operational duties with a specialized accounting focus. Responsibilities include:
  • Completing and reviewing order information and uploading information and proof of delivery into NetSuite
  • Servicing revenue invoicing and reconciling UPS bills
  • Processing employee expense reports, including collecting and matching receipts to company credit card invoices
  • Processing charges in NetSuite and entering accounts payable invoices
  • Assisting with collections on past due invoices
  • Matching of invoices, purchase orders, and shipping receipts Office Support
  • Maintaining and organizing files and tax exempt letters

About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  • Ability to professionally communicate through multiple channels, including phone, email, and mail
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve independently and communicate best solutions
  • Proficient phone etiquette and the ability to answer and direct calls and deal with customer inquiries
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience and/or experience in an office environment preferred
  • Oracle NetSuite experience a plus
