About the Job
The Operations and Accounting Specialist manages general operational duties with a specialized accounting focus. Responsibilities include:
  • Completing Sales Orders and Invoicing for product
  • Servicing revenue invoicing
  • Reconciling UPS bill
  • Processing employee expense reports
  • Collecting and matching receipts to company credit card invoices
  • Processing charges into NetSuite
  • Entering Accounts Payable invoices
  • Assisting with collections on customer past due invoices - research and resolve issues
  • Reviewing purchase orders, online orders, and phone orders
  • Uploading purchase orders, shipping confirmation, and proof of delivery documents into NetSuite
  • Matching of invoices, purchase orders, and shipping receipts Office Support
  • Maintaining files – Tax Exempt Letters


About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  • 1-3 year of accounting experience preferred
  • Oracle NetSuite experience a plus
  • Previous work experience in a professional office environment preferred
  • Ability to professionally communicate through multiple channels (phone, email, and mail)
  • Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve independently and present best solutions.
  • Proficient at answering phones, directing calls and dealing with customer inquiries and issues
  • Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks while also able to work in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
