Advent Office is looking for an Office Manager for our client in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a local nonprofit that aims to make public transportation more accessible and widespread. Work for a company that cares deeply about its community and works to make it improved!   What You’ ll Do: You will wear many different hats in this role! Primarily you will be providing administrative support to the office and the company CEO. You will oversee the company database and files, scheduling and correspondence for the CEO and assist with planning and preparing for meetings. You’ ll also be responsible for day to day accounting including payroll and tracking financial transactions. Additionally, you will be the company liaison to their third party professional employer organization.   You: You have a bachelor’ s degree and at least three years of administrative experience. You are a self-starter and are always willing to take on a challenge. You are an expert in Microsoft Office and ideally have some experience with FilemakerPro and Quicknooks.
