Advent Talent Group is looking for an  Office Administrator  for our client in the consulting industry in Edina. This company aims to make their customers’ lives easier and better through technology! What You’ ll Do:  The entire office will be your domain!  You’ ll  do everything  from supporting the CEO and COO, i.e. managing calendars and schedules, to creating presentations and spread sheets. You’ ll also support the HR and sales team and run the front desk. You' ll wear lots of different hats and no day will ever be the same!

You: You can creatively solve problems and juggle lots of moving pieces! You are an expert problem solver, calm, cool, and collected under pressure, and a wiz on the computer. You’ re someone who has been in an administrative role before and knows the ins and outs of  running an office.  You can learn different computer applications quickly, and may have experience with QuickBooks, Asana, or SalesForce – extra credit if you do!

Compensation: 45-50K/year

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
