Overview and Perks:
  • Contract role, full-time – Onsite
  • $28- $32/ hour, depending on experience
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment
Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting two project managers on marketing and creative projects, managing overflow and supporting existing projects
  • Managing administrative support duties in Workfront
  • Assisting in project intake and prioritization
  • Supporting team engagement for projects across the marketing department
Qualifications include:
  • 2-5 years of project coordination or project support experience in a large corporate environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Workfront
  • Flexible with the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of people and with personnel from multiple levels of an organization
  • Process and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Background in B2B corporations preferred
