Overview and Perks:
- Contract role, full-time – Onsite
- $28- $32/ hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment
- Supporting two project managers on marketing and creative projects, managing overflow and supporting existing projects
- Managing administrative support duties in Workfront
- Assisting in project intake and prioritization
- Supporting team engagement for projects across the marketing department
- 2-5 years of project coordination or project support experience in a large corporate environment
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Workfront
- Flexible with the ability to deal with ambiguity
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people and with personnel from multiple levels of an organization
- Process and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization skills
- Project management certification is a plus
- Background in B2B corporations preferred
