Overview and Perks:
  • Full-time – Contract-to-hire
  • On-site – Plymouth, MN
  • Compensation: $24/hr. (After passing the state test, $25 an hour)
  • Opportunity for professional growth, including the potential to obtain a casualty and property license.
Responsibilities Include:
The Insurance Customer Service Specialist seamlessly handles customer service duties. Providing comprehensive clerical support to streamline departmental operations and assist management.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage options, claims processes, and billing statements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to management as needed.
  • Monitoring financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in company products and programs to address policy and claims inquiries.
  • Processing new enrollments, renewals, and claims following established guidelines.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s database or CRM system.
 Qualifications Include:
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 1+ years of experience in insurance, preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and regulations a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented, adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, adept at finding prompt solutions for customer inquiries.
