The HR Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the HR department through meticulous documentation management, scheduling, and communication. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

$25.00-27.00 per hour
Hybrid – Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN

Duties:
  • Prepare and Organize Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate HR-related documentation, including reports, presentations, and records for HR leadership.
  • Handle Confidential Information: Manage sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews for employees and contract workers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage Contract Worker Calendar: Oversee the scheduling of contract worker intake meetings for Hiring Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Facilitate HR Communication: Act as a liaison between the HR department and other departments, managing internal communication and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Maintain Records: Keep precise and current records related to volunteers, new employees, talent acquisition activities, and background checks.
  • Report Preparation: Create and work on reports using Excel and assist in the development of PowerPoint presentations for HR-related meetings and briefings.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Detail-oriented with strong computer skills and knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management
