Overview:
Hybrid – Saint Paul, MN
Contract – Project based
$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Full-time or part-time
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the development of compensation models and job profiles for 4 roles, encompassing 35 employees.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry standards for pay ranges, core competencies, and technical competencies, particularly within the insurance brokerage industry.
- Profile Development: Create detailed job profiles that include functional, core, and technical competencies. Validate these profiles by collaborating with Kelley, our CXO.
- Compensation Modeling: Assist in building compensation models that support career development and proficiency assessments, leading to data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client advisors and the operations team to ensure the accuracy and relevance of job profiles and competencies.
- Compliance: Ensure all job postings and profiles meet industry and State of MN requirements regarding licensures and other regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in HR, project management, or recruitment, with a focus on developing job profiles and compensation models.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the insurance brokerage industry is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a flexible, dynamic environment.
