- Lead the strategic execution of the performance management process, driving goal alignment, performance evaluation, and personalized development plans.
- Orchestrate weekly payroll operations for internal staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Spearhead the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, implementing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Serve as the steward of employee records, adeptly handling disciplinary matters, and proactively managing performance to elevate organizational effectiveness.
- Cultivate a culture of engagement and inclusivity, adeptly managing employee relations and fostering a vibrant company culture.
- Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance, meticulously managing injury reports and championing adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
- 5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist role, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
- Driven and self-motivated, consistently exceeding performance expectations and delivering high-quality results.
- Exemplary experience with HRIS, ATS & People Management technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
