Overview and Perks
- Full-time, Contract to hire.
- Compensation: $55,000
- On-site role in Minneapolis, MN

- Support the performance management process including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Administer weekly payroll for internal employees.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reference checks and facilitating onboarding process.
- Overseeing personnel files, handling disciplinary issues, and monitoring performance.
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and fostering the development of a positive company culture.
- Manage injury reports and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
- 3-5 years experience in an HR Generalist role, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
- Driven and self-motivated, consistently exceeding performance expectations and delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledgeable with HRIS, ATS & People Management technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
