Overview:
Contract
Hybrid with occasional on-site throughout the Twin Cities Metro
Flexible occasional hours!
Compensation: $60.00-70.00/hr.
Duties:
- HR Consultation: Provide expert advice on a broad range of HR topics, including policy development, compliance, and best practices.
- Employee Relations Management: Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances effectively and discreetly.
- Performance and Talent Management: Support performance management processes, including evaluations, improvement plans, and talent development initiatives.
- Policy and Procedure Oversight: Review, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and recommend development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and track HR performance.
- Change Management Support: Assist with organizational changes, including transitions in leadership, to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications:
- HR Experience: Proven experience as an HR consultant or in a similar HR role with a strong focus on employee relations and general HR management.
- Knowledge of HR Laws: Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Leadership Collaboration: Experience working with senior leaders and influencing HR strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
