Job Description
Overview:
- Contract - Short-Term
- Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00/hr. (DOE)
- Greater Minneapolis- St. Paul Area, MN
- Hybrid work schedule, in-person training
Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Assist guests with questions related to their Perks account, mobile app, gift cards, and other payment methods.
- Document and track interactions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, categorizing and summarizing contacts effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the guest experience and resolve issues.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve processes and reduce contact volume.
- Handle a high volume of tickets and work efficiently to address the backlog of 1,600 open issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Guest Relations or customer service role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems quickly.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and strong willingness to support both guests and team members.
