- Assist in preparing and submitting grant applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Manage onboarding for new grants, including budget setup.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and documentation for federal agencies.
- Stay updated on federal regulations and guidelines for grant administration.
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements in grant agreements.
- Act as primary contact for federal agencies and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in grant administration, preferably at the federal level.
- Strong understanding of federal grant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial management and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,
- Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of federal cost principles (OMB Uniform Guidance) and auditing
- standards (Single Audit Act).
