Responsibilities include:
  • Assist in preparing and submitting grant applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Manage onboarding for new grants, including budget setup.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare financial reports and documentation for federal agencies.
  • Stay updated on federal regulations and guidelines for grant administration.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements in grant agreements.
  • Act as primary contact for federal agencies and external stakeholders.
Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in grant administration, preferably at the federal level.
  • Strong understanding of federal grant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial management and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,
  • Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of federal cost principles (OMB Uniform Guidance) and auditing
  • standards (Single Audit Act).
