Job Description
Overview:
Location: On-site in St. Paul, MN
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
Duration: Temporary position, covering December 23rd, 27th, 30th, 31st, January 2nd, & 3rd
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, keeping it neat and organized.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.
- Provide support to staff and management as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Handle minor customer service issues and resolve inquiries or escalate them when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, guest relations, or front desk support is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a quiet and controlled environment.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email management).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
