What You' ll Do: You' ll be responsible for assisting the Vice President (VP) of Human Resources and support daily administrative operations for the Human Resources Department. This includes managing calendars and travel arrangements, providing administrative support for meetings and taking minutes, and creating the company newsletter. Additionally, you' ll be responsible for general office duties such as answering phones, monitoring office supplied and maintaining and updating all files and records.
You: You are an administrative expert and have at least 2 years of experience in a supporting admin role. Ideally, you are familiar with HR practices and are a quick learner. You know how to communicate professionally with individuals in all levels of the organization and are proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Overall, you are someone who likes to hit the ground running and are passionate about nonprofit work.
