About the Job
The Email Marketing Coordinator manages the day-to-day execution of email and website marketing strategies, including newsletters, surveys, event and product promotions. Responsibilities include:
 
  • Develop the email marketing calendar and create engaging email communications for various segments in coordination with marketing and graphic design teams
  • Assisting in writing and editing content, subject lines, and preview text for email communications
  • Managing daily email operations to ensure that emails are send on time
  • Ensuring content accuracy, alignment with brand standards, and the use of email best practices, including mobile-friendly designs
  • Developing email templates and programs using software
  • Segmenting email contact lists and developing nurture campaigns for various audiences to improve email metrics
  • Preparing and maintaining email reports, measuring campaign effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements

About You
Qualifications for this role include:
 
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital, email, social media and/or print marketing
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to copy-write, including creating compelling subject lines
  • A detail-oriented mindset and strong project management skills
  • Ability to both independently and with a team
