Responsibilities include:
  • Providing leadership and strategic direction for product marketing deliverables by establishing strategies and plans that support corporate and business objectives
  • Developing and implementing product updates from concept to post-launch
  • Supporting sales by responding to customer questions, collateral needs, and tenders
  • Translating marketing research data, customer feedback and technology trends into product requirements
  • Developing and updating product rationalization roadmaps and executing product end-of-life
  • Managing product training and educational tools to field sales and other strategic channels
  • Partnering with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Consultant teams to develop forecasts and manage operational issues for product lines
  • Implementing clear product positioning, pricing, and value propositions
  • Leading marketing efforts to understand product segment influencers, including customer demographics, competitive assessments and market needs
Qualifications include:
  • 4+ years of successful related business experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or a relevant combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with an integrated cross-functional team member
  • Experience in routinely working with customers and sales personnel
  • Understanding of the marketing and product planning process
  • Experience with developing and executing product launch strategies and tactics
  • Strong cross-functional management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge and experience in developing product plans to drive franchise strategies
  • Strong relationship-building skills to constructively foster relationships internally and externally
