About the Job
Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, this role acts as a link between regional sales teams and corporate marketing teams, leading field marketing efforts and establishing priorities, plans, budgets and KPI' s. Duties include:
 
  • Building the annual regional marketing plan, in collaboration with regional sales and the broader marketing team
  • Advocating for regional needs, continually gathering feedback from sales leadership sharing with corporate marketing and business segments
  • Working with integrated marketing teams to create and execute demand generation programs and augment global marketing programs in the region
  • Building teams and operating as a strategy leader as well as hands-on member, including leadership, coaching and training, work direction, and managing projects from planning to execution

About You
Qualifications for this role include
  • 10+ years marketing experience, and 5+ years experience in B2B field marketing management
  • Bachelors’ Degree in marketing or business
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and the ability to negotiate trade-offs with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage ambiguity
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills, including presentations and PowerPoints
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
