About the Job
Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Building, managing, and owning brand strategy to drive awareness and positive perception in the marketplace
  • Crafting and telling the company story through meaningful and precise messaging
  • Leading a team that plans, executes, and manages integrated branding programs to build, measure brand develop brand awareness
  • Creating strategy and managing overall launch plans for each of our brand campaigns and programs
  • Defining success metrics and own KPIs for the brand team
  • Creating and managing program strategy documents and activation tools that act as references for both internal and external partners responsible for delivering assets and content to be consistent and on brand
  • Collaborating with internal teams providing feedback and insight that help the team deliver on campaigns and brand assets that are compelling and exceptional
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to inspire your direct reports to take ownership and accountability?

About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  •   8+ years experience as a Brand Strategist or Brand Manager
  • Proven experience leading fully integrated brand programs or education in Marketing, Communications, or Business background
  • B2B Brand Marketing
  • Strong analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • A track record of delivering sound strategies to meet brand awareness objectives
  • Ability to work collaboratively across both internal and external partners
  • Proven leadership qualities, including informing, educating, and inspiring a team to meet expectations
