About the Job
As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will report directly to Director or Marketing and play a vital role in global customer growth.  You will also serve as an internal advocate for client needs, sharing success stories and learnings across departments to bring about better service to clients and contribute to the overall customer experience. Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Managing the email marketing database, including the execution of email marketing in coordination with the sales team and generating reports for analysis
  • Creating and disseminating social media content, tracking growth across all platforms and preparing reports for analysis
  • Managing marketing/digital content calendars
  • Providing insight and guidance to customers and prospects using industry best practices to increase customer adoption of products, measuring progress made at different stages of the customer journey
  • Providing improvements to best practices for engagement, value-add, and renewal to meet long-term customer satisfaction and renewals goals
  • Collaborating on quarterly success plans to drive account strategy and understand customer objectives
  • Converting account relationships and conversations into significant outcomes, growth, and usage increases
  • Collaborating closely with account management, support, and product teams to resolve risks and deescalate issues
  • Analyzing customer usage data to identify and act upon any risks and opportunities
Skills / Experience:
In this position, the ability to drive adoption, satisfaction and retention throughout the client journey, excellent communication skills and digital expertise are a must. Other qualifications for include:
  • 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another relevant client-facing role in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor' s degree or an equivalent level of experience
  • Experience with complex audiences, including multi-divisional and geographically diverse customers
  • Proven record of great results in customer retention and satisfaction
