About the Job
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for customer relationships within a given territory, including follow-up, order entry and CRM documentation, delivering fantastic customer experience and internal customer care. Reporting to the senior customer support management, they will also prospect new sales and deliver product knowledge, spending time on the phone to assist customers. This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two working from home per week. Specific duties include:
  • Managing order entry from end to end, including managing inquiries, order entry, communication with customers and follow-ups upon delivery
  • Investigate, process and document returns and customer concerns, communicating with other teams to answer questions as necessary
  • Update the CRM database for with current customer information
  • Manage customer pricing, monitoring reports and documenting standard price deviations
  • Provide great customer service, anticipating needs, offering solutions and using product knowledge to build relationships and optimize sales
  • Execute sales and marketing programs and initiatives, working with field sales on lead generation, qualification and follow-up.
  • Preparing and presenting bids and quotes as needed
About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in various styles
  • Timely and thoughtful decision-making skills
  • Ability to stay current, consistently learning researching, and networking
  • Excellent phone skills and interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 years experience in telesales and/or MS Office Suite preferred
