Overview and Perks
  • Full-time, Direct-Hire
  • Compensation: $27-$28/hour.
  • Hybrid role in St. Paul, MN. (Mon-Wed onsite, Thurs-Fri remote)

Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing the entire order entry process, which involves handling inquiries, entering orders, engaging in high end customer communication, and conducting follow-ups post-delivery.
  • Investigating, processing, and documenting returns and addressing customer concerns, collaborating with other teams to provide comprehensive answers to inquiries.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer information by updating the CRM database regularly.
  • Delivering high-end customer service by proactively anticipating needs, offering solutions, leveraging product knowledge to foster relationships, and optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Implementing sales and marketing programs and initiatives, collaborating with field sales teams on lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.
  • Crafting and presenting bids and quotes as required.

Qualifications Include:
  • 2+ years of customer support experience in an office environment
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM databases.
  • Highly professional customer service experience with the ability to communicate with cross-functional team and customers.
  • Driven and purposeful, consistently exceeding performance expectations and delivering high-quality results.
  • More than adequate professional communication via phone, with strong listening skills and an exceptionally professional attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience in NetSuite a plus.
