About the Job
Duties include:
  • Answering phones and assisting callers
  • Receiving orders via  phone, fax, email and in person, processing orders accurately and sending receipt notices
  • Using tools to provide shipping quotes and investigating issues with shipping, communicating findings with customers and sales representatives
  • Receiving, investigating and mitigating customer complaints, providing solutions and informing sales representatives
  • Developing knowledge of product features and communicating these with customers to support sales efforts, including assembling and mailing sample packets
  • Following up with customers on orders, ensuring needs are met
  • Preparing and mailing sample packets
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, records and data in the CRM program
  • Running reports as requested

About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Great customer service skills, including the ability to build product knowledge and answer questions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritization and multitask
  • Experience with CRM databases a plus
