About the Job
Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Responding to customer requests, via phone, web, and in person
  • Seeking opportunities for additional sales and supporting sales efforts, responding to inquiries, setting appointments, and tracking leads
  • Scheduling deliveries, installations, and service calls while understanding route systems and efficiently using company resources to offer customers viable options
  • Navigating through multiple computer programs, actively listening and conversing with customers while maintaining accurate secure documentation
  • Knowing and following company policies and procedures
  • Responding to inquiries requiring a written response with the use of standard or form letters
  • Assisting and supporting the lead and senior CSR team members
About You
Qualifications for this role include:
  • 1+ year of customer relations experience
  • Proficient phone etiquette and the ability to answer and direct calls and deal with customer inquiries
  • Capable of answering 60 inbound/outbound calls daily
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Great multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently while maintaining a high energy level, self-motivation, enthusiasm
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proven skills in customer interaction, communication and execution, and problem analysis/resolution
