Position Overview:
  • Location: On-site in Alexandria, MN (Relocation package!)
  • Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 annually + $1,000 sign-on bonus
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (40–47 hours/week)
  • Job Status: Direct Hire

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead & Inspire: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team in a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure top-tier guest experiences and uphold high standards for quality and hospitality.
  • Drive Results: Manage store financials, control costs, and implement operational systems for success.
  • Be the Heart of the Community: Represent a coffeehouse that’s more than just a café—it’s a local gathering place.

What Our Client is Looking For:
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management
  • Strong communication and team development skills
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • A hands-on leader with a passion for people and community
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
