About the Job
Responsibilities include:
 
  • Working with clients to identify new opportunities, develop project approaches, define core objectives and deliverables, and outline timelines and costs
  • Spearheading decision making and defining new opportunities while building inclusive teams
  • Working to achieve coals in collaboration with stakeholders, including internal teams, client teams and external partners
  • Working through complex problems and defining multiple ways forward
  • Collaborating with other producers to define deliverables and assets for production, including digital experiences, apps, websites, events, and products
  • Championing teams and projects, motivating staff to achieve goals

About You
Qualifications for this role include:
 
  • 3+ years of experience in program management or a similar role
  • Product Management, project management or client management experience
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding and experience design
  • Ability to look at the big picture, anticipating needs and coordinating solutions
  • Flexible and agile mindset, able to work with ambiguity
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills
  • Thrive off of motivating teams and getting things done
