Job Description
Advent Talent Group is hiring a Client Advisor for a third-generation, family-owned insurance agency. This company is committed to protecting families and businesses, fostering a collaborative team culture, and delivering outstanding client service. In this role, you'll focus on building lasting client relationships and ensuring a seamless post-sale experience.
Overview:
- Direct hire
- Hybrid in St. Paul, MN (2 days on-site)
- Full-time – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, providing responsive service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Process policy changes, address billing concerns, and handle claims reporting and follow-up
- Support agency renewal initiatives and remarket accounts as needed
- Maintain accurate client documentation using agency management systems
- Collaborate with Advisors and team members to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide solutions for complex insurance matters
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or client relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain within specified timeframe
