Job type: Contract
Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis, MN, with frequent travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro
Schedule: Full-time, with occasional evenings and weekends
Pay: $23.50/hour
The Campaign Representative provides customer service, fundraising consultation, and campaign planning support to help a portfolio of organizations reach their community engagement goals. Because this role requires travel to organizations around the Twin Cities metro area, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Paid training is provided and mileage and parking charges from work-related travel will be reimbursed.
- Training period: 4 days per week on-site, 1 remote day on Fridays for the first 2 weeks.
- Post-training: 1 day per week in the office, otherwise remote and traveling to companies as needed.
- Promoting our client's mission by building relationships with a portfolio of organizations
- Using strong communication skills to educate organizations on our client's mission and meet fundraising goals
- Supporting the campaign by assisting with planning, providing materials, and staffing events
- Presenting at large and small campaign events
- Working with a team to plan, implement, and participate in campaign-related activities
- Analyzing data to determine the best way of meeting assigned organizations' goals
- Data entry to record your activities in a CRM database

- Experience working with diverse cultures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
