Schedule: Full-time, with occasional evenings and weekends
Compensation: $22/hour*Mileage and parking charges from work-related travel will be reimbursed by employer

The Campaign Representative provides customer service, fundraising consultation and campaign planning support to help a portfolio of organizations reach their community engagement goals. Because this role requires travel to organizations around the Twin Cities metro area, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Paid training is provided. Responsibilities include:

- Promoting our client's mission by building relationships with a portfolio of organizations
- Using strong communication skills to educate organizations on our client's mission and meet fundraising goals
- Supporting the campaign by assisting with planning, providing materials and staffing events
- Presenting at large and small campaign events
- Working with a team to plan, implement, and participate in campaign-related activities
- Analyzing data to determine the best way of meeting assigned organizations' goals
- Data entry to record your activities in a CRM database

- Public speaking and presentation experience, including via online platforms
- Experience in customer service, inside or outside sales
- Works well with a team with strong interpersonal skills

- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with diverse cultures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
