Daily responsibilities include:
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Answering and routing telephone calls and welcoming on-site visitors in a friendly, timely manner
  • Distributing  incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and package deliveries and managing postage meter
  • Coordinating meetings and lunch events for various company activities
  • Responding to customer support emails 
  • Serving as the communication liaison for internal team members and distributing building management announcements
  • Troubleshooting  website navigation questions for internal and external customers including login registration, access control, and answering general website usage questions 
Qualifications include:
  • 2+ years of office administrative experience or customer service experience with general knowledge of office operations, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Ability to professionally communicate through multiple channels (phone, email, and mail)
  • Proficient computer skills with experience in Office 365 and data entry within software programs
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team
  • Highly organized with the ability to be flexible and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  •   Ability to maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, and desire to continue learning
