Responsibilities include:
In this position, you will collaborate with business line managers, infrastructure team members, software vendors, and end users to understand needs related to information technology and assist the business in addressing changes through technology.
  • Planning related to the tasks associated with business analysis and the software development lifecycle
  • Assisting with problem-solving on software-related issues
  • Maintaining the bank's image processing system, including item processing and branch capture
  • Designing and developing processes for importing documents from other software systems
  • Assisting IT Staff with DR/BCP testing and documentation
  • Understanding of the requirements change process and traceability with the ability to manage requirements
  • Assessing risk using methods to identify risks, probability, impact, and how to mitigate those risks
  • Communicating with Retail, Commercial, and FinTech teams’ to asses needs with IT regarding implementation, system enhancements, and upgrades
  • Refining and improving business and IT processes for efficiency gains
  • Leading the work effort to ensure business operations & processes are prepared for system changes, training, and SOPs
Qualifications include:
  • 5 years of Fiserv application software experience with the ability to read and interpret FISERV documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to do data analysis & ability to draw business process flows
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret FISERV documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Experience working with Agile projects and process improvement
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Proficient analysis skills and ability to convert analysis to deliverables (process flows, data flows, user stories, Business Case, Problem Statements)
