Job Description
Are you a brand manager with strong campaign and activation experience? We're seeking a contract Brand Campaign Manager to cover a leave of absence for a large technology company in MN. This 3-4 month contract role will play an important part in managing the development, communication, and activation of brand awareness campaigns.

About the Job
Duties and responsibilities include managing the development, communication, and activation of brand awareness campaigns.
The Brand Campaign Manager will:
- Develop, execute, and measure brand awareness campaigns
- Coordinate brand marketing activities to facilitate timely, effective campaign launches.
- Activate campaigns and initiatives for employee and employee engagement for marketing, sales, and beyond to increase brand awareness internally
- Monitor campaign and media analytics, benchmarks, optimization, and report on effectiveness of campaigns.
- Brief media and agencies and internal stakeholders
- Apply brand fundamentals and brand guidelines when conducting brand reviews.
- Provide constructive feedback on how to bring assets in line with the company brand
- Collaborate with internal teams providing feedback and insight that help the team deliver on campaigns and brand assets that are compelling and exceptional
About You
Qualifications for this role include:
- Curious, self-starter, problem solver
- Media knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong executor
- 7+ years experience in campaign management and/or brand management
- Proven experience running activation of campaigns, including across sales teams and other internal stakeholders
- Proven success with internal communication and collaboration, including employee resource groups, web and design teams,
- B2B Brand Marketing
- Strong analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A track record of delivering sound strategies to meet brand awareness objectives
