- Perform bill entry and review procedures using accounting software and platforms like Sage Intacct.
- Oversee the entire payment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments and receipts.
- Manage credit agreements with vendors and monitor for potential discounts.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain comprehensive records of vendor invoices and payments, reconciling accounts regularly.
- Allocate expenses across company locations appropriately.
- Experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable role
- Strong understanding of current and past accounting principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and platforms such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, and bill.com.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
