The Human Resource Manager will lead strategic initiatives in our dynamic manufacturing environment, fostering employee engagement and aligning with company vision. Collaborating with leadership, they will implement talent strategies, streamline recruitment, cultivate development programs, and manage complex HR challenges. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on HR expertise to drive organizational growth.
Overview:
- Contract-to-hire – Full-time
- Compensation: $94,000 – 125,000
- On-site - Chaska, MN
Duties:
- Foster positive employee relations to build an engaged workforce aligned with company vision and mission.
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement human resource strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide support and guidance on complex HR issues, including reasonable accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
- Research and propose competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Support and promote internal learning and development programs.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including collaboration with third-party agencies and departmental managers to meet staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining HR records and participating in audits as needed.
- 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing or fast-paced production environments, with strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in both written and oral Spanish
- Experience in manufacturing with a comprehensive understanding of OSHA and safety standards required.
- Ability to collaborate with leaders to drive HR and talent strategies while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and employment laws.
- Proficiency with UKG or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired
