What You’ ll Do: You’ ll manage the onboarding process for new clients including opening accounts and client orientation. You’ ll be the first point of contact for all general questions from clients and handle withdrawal requests, manage client information in the company CRM, and receive all incoming calls into the office. Additionally, you will take on general office duties such as maintaining office supplies and welcoming visitors to the office.

What They’ re Looking For: Previous administrative experience and familiarity with the financial services industry are essential for this role. You are highly organized, are able to juggle multiple tasks at once and have experience managing workflows. You are skilled in Microsoft office, especially Excel, and have experience with CRM’ s or database management. Overall, you are resourceful, collaborative, and willing to go above and beyond to help a client.
